How do I setup a holiday calendar?

This feature is only available in PayClock Online Enterprise.

  1. Choose Setup in the navigation list.
  2. From the slide out menu select Holiday Calendar.
  3. Choose + New Calendar.
  4. Enter an identifier for the holiday calendar in the Calendar Name field.
  5. Press New Date.
  6. In the Date Field, set the date you wish for the holiday to apply.
  7. In the Holiday Name field, input any name you wish for the holiday.
  8. In the Hours Paid field, input any amount for how many hours of non-work time you would like to apply.
  9. In the Pay Code field, select which non-work pay code you would like your holiday to use.
  10. For advanced options, press the Show Advanced button.
  11. For additional holidays select New Date. Repeat this process as many times as necessary for your holiday calendar.
  12. Once complete, press Save Calendar.
